Carriers are a hostile unit that patrols between two points and, upon visual contact with the Cogmind, dismantle to create a full patrol of units. Many different classes have been seen to come out of a Carrier - Swarmers, Grunts, and Programmers are confirmed as possible payloads. The mechanics of how a Carrier chooses what to deploy, however, are unknown. A Carrier that has deployed leaves behind a large pile of matter at the center of four square tiles.
