So, this template doesn't allow for the explosion fields for launchers, as far as I can see. I'd take a shot at it but this is my first time editing a wiki and I have very little experience with their syntax.

Ah, that's a little tricky because I had been assuming "Shot" always showed up alongside "Projectile". I'll change the #if statement so it works for explosions too.

All right, I've added the explosion fields and posted an example.

So when I've been adding all these, I've been putting 0% or 0 or N/A in fields that I see others leaving blank. Should I just leave them blank to maintain consistency? Does it matter? Or should I fill in blank fields I'm seeing? Personally, I think having all the fields in a category full looks better than leaving a bunch blank.

It's hard to differentiate between intentionally blank fields and fields that haven't been filled in yet. So having correct data on each page is probably the best choice.

But to my eye, leaving them blank looks closest to the ingame display of a dark-green zero. So maybe I could detect a zero value and make it appear darker.

Ok, now when you enter 0% in certain fields, it will appear in dim green. This is done by entering the default value as the optional third argument to {{Datum}}, so it's easy to enter different default values for different fields.

Awesome, it looks great! --Discwv (talk) 04:10, 5 June 2015 (CDT)

I just noticed that it seems shot count is left out of the projectile weapon templates. Easy to miss in game since it's part of the header itself where applicable. I'd add it to the template but can't figure out where or how to do that. In any case that would also require an update to existing applicable parts, like all the dual-projectile shotguns for which I just edited the stats. The fact that the stats under the Projectile apply to *each* projectile has a pretty big impact on how you'd evaluate and compare weapons.

So I added properties for use with semantic mediawiki, so that there is no more need for tables with duplicate information. But I didn't create a property for symbol, since it had a problem with symbols like [ and ]. I'll have to figure out something later. --Kalkkis (talk) 13:22, 20 October 2016 (CDT)
