Only found in Garrison interiors, the Phase Generator is well hidden but emits easily heard distinctive humming sound which gives its position away.

Destabilizing it will reward you with speclacular kaboom but make sure to stand far away because the explosion is very damaging. Without Phase Generator the Phase Walls stop working and ends sensor scrambling.
