Watcher
Watchers are a hostile robot with no direct weaponry. Their only purpose is to send off a distress signal upon sighting the player, summoning nearby enemies to that location. The frequency with which they send off their signal, however, is a bit nebulous. At lower levels, such as in Materials, it is possible for the player to remain in sight of a Watcher for 20 or so turns without it signaling off. At higher levels, however, it happens much more frequently. The Watcher's distress signal can be blocked with a Transmission Jammer. Conversely, Watchers can block the Cogmind's Sensor Arrays, preventing everything but Watchers from showing up on long-range radar.
Watchers can drop a variety of useful Utilities, such as Visual Processing Units, Sensor Arrays, and Signal Interpreters.
