Scrapyard is the first level of the game -11 and the location the Cogmind re-awakens in. Presumably this area is new as you cannot search for the scrapyard in any console, and the area is being progressively dug out as you walk around. This area is used to get some basic items at the start of the game and fill up on matter. There is only one exit on this stage it leads directly to Materials.
