Hey so I just bought the game and completed the tutorial and before I actually played I decided to watch a lets play and in the video the guy used some sort of command to show the names of all items discovered at their locations I would like to know how he did that if someone could tell me thanks!

You don't really need to post the same question in multiple places to get an answer--someone will get to it in either community, whichever you prefer to hang out in (there was already an answer to your post on r/Cogmind)

It's the 1~4 keys, or if using the mouse you can hover over the Scan window on the right and press one of the buttons that appear. Note that all commands are documented in F1 help. Welcome and good luck!
