XPLoader - a libtcod .XP file parser

Kyzrati asked I link this here, so enjoy! The actual parser is technically library independent, you could easily enough remove the one libtcod function and import and use it in pygame or whatever.

Thanks for making this; I'm sure it will get use among the many libtcod/python users out there! I've added it to both the REXPaint resources list and the manual. I need to make a bigger announcement of all the parsers when I do the next release, too.

I also see you're working on your own roguelike now--I guess that's what precipitated this? Good luck with it!

It did indeed. I've been making good headway on setting up the additional framework I need, so expect to see more progress posts over on /r/roguelikedev in the future!
