[Beta 14] Thief + FarCom UFD double dialogue

I got FarCom and stole from the Exiles to lose FarCom later, then reached Scraptown at -8, which meant i still had Farcom.
When talking to the derelict at the big gate, i got both the dialogue for stealing from the Exiles (even though the Exiles haven't realized that themselves) and the dialogue for having Farcom.

Getting the dialogue for stealing(/attacking) the Exiles before the Exiles know i've stolen from them is definitely not correct.

Got it! There are some other cases of new faction interaction oddities as well, Beta 14 having added yet more to the already large web of possibilities... Interestingly I haven't seen this particular one reported yet, though I'm sure that's because almost everyone who steals from Exiles and actually visits Scraptown is doing it to murder the place, which means they never actually even bother talking to the gatekeeper
