[Beta 14] (big spoilers!) Incorrect ratio example

[R-26 Lightspeed]

The Integrated Thermoelectric Network's description says it converts heat to energy at a 3:1 ratio (so 3 heat for 1 energy),
but the example interprets the ratio the other way around (1 heat for 3 energy).

Ah yes, pretty obvious once you look at it there xD

A victim of having generated the description in the code, where a formula misapplication causes it to be way off but not so clearly messed up on the surface
