No, that's correct. You'll see those, as well as "<stacks>" listed under relevant parts. They are behavior identifiers that tell you more about how the effect is applied.
"Parallel" means you can use multiple same-type parts at once and their benefits overlap; "resume" means a part must be active to apply a long-term effect, but deactivating and later reactivating it will pick up where it left off; and "stacks" means the values from multiple same-type parts are combined (otherwise only the highest value is applied).
