[Beta 14] (Spoilers) Delayed transport intel update

Visible near the end of the video, my "inactive" transport intel updated from 2 to 4 during a "wait" action, making a sound.

The position of those two intel markers was near the Access exit, one of which was directly above it.
Most of the video before that is included because it depicts the events between seeing the relevant tiles and the intel counter actually updating.

Maybe it's normal for inactive intel markers to only be updated sometimes, but then having the sound still play can be confusing, especially during a "wait" action.

The sound is playing precisely when the intel is removed from your list, so that's normal, they happen simultaneously. But inactive intel isn't displayed so doesn't need to update as frequently. Can't be updating anything and everything every second :P
