Ever since the original Alpha releases, Cogmind players who purchased the DRM-free version have been sent email notices whenever a new major version was released (unless they unsubscribed
).
That mailing list is no longer, due to
legal changes in the EU requiring consent for data collection that states its intended use. You may have provided your email in order to download Cogmind, but at the time didn't
explicitly agree to receive emails about future updates...
So after just now sending out notices to everyone still on the mailing list, I've deleted it.
