Scanalyzer disables Insert Component

As seen in Pimski's stream about around 2h 27m mark here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/242387822

He already had schematics for the one component in inventory that he could get them for, and the others that he wanted to id did not have schematics available. In this case the Insert Component item was not available in the menu.

I haven't seen the video yet, but from what I understand in your description here that sounds like the feature I intentionally added, not a bug. "Insert Component" is not available if you can't use it based on your current inventory contents.

He had unidentified AAs, which the scanalyzer should be able to identify. In this case I think the menu item should still be available even though you can't get schematics for them.

Oh you didn't mention AAs :P. Yeah that feature was added before Scanalyzers could identify them. I'll revisit the system later.
