Yeah, sorry about that. Sometimes for a short duration, randomly it would seem, some players aren't able to properly connect to the distributor's (FastSpring) system.
It seems quite rare, and I've brought it up with them the other few times it's happened over the past couple years, but it's never lasted long enough for them to actually diagnose a problem, so I guess nothing's changed on that front :/
(Of course it's also quite possible that it's sometimes an issue on the player end, a temporary browser blip or IP-specific internet connection issue. Hard to say!)
