Warlord Marauder Construction Mishap Event Response

When there is a marauder built inside of a room it cannot escape as a prank they should thank you and also activate it if you open an exit for it.

This would be pretty awesome, yeah, just another of those "take an encounter a step further" type of things... Usually a lot of extra work, but it happens sometimes (just recently I added an extra potential W comment about a "certain bot"...).
