You are awesome, Kyzrati. I find it funny, the only real issues I've had are so very minor, and mostly QOL. The game itself has been great, I haven't encountered any bugs that I'm aware of, it plays fantastic. Ya done good, man.

I know Kyzrati said on the Cogmind subreddit that a quick way to discern whether an item is better or not is to simply look at it's rating. Higher rating = better. But I agree, I'd love a comparison window, too.

I'd also love it if when hovering the mouse over a stat (like 'coverage', for example), the description window would pop up on it's own and disappear when you move the mouse. As is, you have to click the stat, then hit ESC to close the info pop up. Feels clunky to me. The UI is superb for the most part, but there are some niggles here and there I'd like to see ironed out and improved on.

I can't help but play it like I'm a bot with a deathwish. I do try and draw my enemies into close encounters, but I find myself flying into the midst of things and going toe to toe a lot. I will drop anything for flight modules, and have been enjoying cannons and beams for the most part. If I evolve an extra weapons slot, I like to sub a melee weapon for a ranged weapon and draw my targets into rooms or around corners for quick kills. I also have it in for scavengers and will kill them on sight just on principle. Thieving miscreants.

Ah, so it is, I must have glanced over that tidbit. There are certainly a ton of keybindings. Thanks Maurog. As long as there is a way to do it, I think that's fine, but I do feel like it's a bit counter-intuitive to not have it the default action.

For having such a sleek and dare I say elegant interface, it bugs me to no end that I can't drag an item from my inventory to swap out with a broken or momentarily obsolete piece of equipment on my bot. Instead, I have to drag the installed equipment from the Cogmind to my inventory, then click the new item to install. I was watching a let's play last night and the guy playing kept trying to do the same thing. It feels awkward. It would be nice if it worked both ways, too. I don't want my mining laser anymore, so I drag the mining laser down over a light cannon in my inventory, and they swap out 1 for 1.

Just a thought. It's by no means game breaking, but I keep finding myself trying to do it and remember, "ah, right, that's not a thing". Would love it if it was.
