A silly launcher weapon that fires the same effect as the IFF burst corruption effect

Well I don't know about "silly," since this is something that people would really want because it's incredibly good

Normally you can achieve this same effect through other means, but said means are either conditional on a particular situation, or might have other consequences, but the ability to just draw enemies to a position at will (without aggro) would be OP so would end up having a lot more restrictions.

the drawbacks would be worth it anyway
it could be somewhat unreliable by the nature of being a launcher so you miss and hit a wall next to you
or alerted bots could just increase alert
