[Beta 9.2] No Sound at the beginning part of the Intro

When pulling up Cogmind. The Grid Sage Games and Cogmind Intro's don't output the sound fx. When I skipped the intro. The sound was back. I went to the settings to see if the sound options for the audio was off but it was on. Everything is working right now but the 2 Intro's didn't output any sound. I hope others can try to reproduce the bug.

That happens for me if the game loses focus, e.g. when I was alt-tabbing or checking something in the browser when the game was launching. In that case I just click on the game window (or alt-tab into it) to get the sound back.

Do you think your issue might be caused by the game losing focus as well?

Yeah this isn't a bug, it just means the game didn't have focus when it started up. You'll notice this at the beginning of some of my streams, because I was alt-tabbing to other windows during the intro sequence.

I mean like, I didn't have the game minimized when I heard no sound. It just didn't output any sound when I launched it from steam.
I didn't do alt+tab when the game launched.

Yeah even if you didn't alt-tab, it might still not have focus for a number of reasons, in which case there'll be no sound. It could happen randomly if the OS doesn't give it focus, though it's not always obvious/easy to know why, depends on what else is going on on your computer at the time. Can't do anything about that on the game side.
