I evolved 7 weapon slots in this run to get the achievement, but didn't even though the description says "Evolve 7 weapon slots."

Yep this is a known issue discovered shortly after the Beta 6 release (I probably should've posted about it here since a lot of people will notice this one in the meantime :/). Fixed for Beta 7.
