Cogmind manual in PDF (and booklet) form

I've converted the Cogmind manual into both PDF and PDF booklet forms, for folks (like me) who like to have a paper manual alongside my roguelike games.

The PDF is straightforward, but the booklet needs to be printed duplex, with "short-edge binding" to be ready to staple in the middle and become a manual.

Enjoy!

(ps: I used pandoc to do the conversion, with only minimal changes to manual.txt)

In the regular manual PDF, there are some weird margin differences between pages 50 and 53.

Actually it might be due to odd/even page numbering, which is affecting the margins on every page. I believe they should have the same margins except in the case of the booklet PDF.

Here are PDFs of the Beta 7 manual, in normal and booklet format. Per the previous posting, the normal format is centered left/right (but the page numbers still toggle left/right). As before, I tweaked the manual.txt to Markdown format, used pandoc to convert to PDF, and generated the booklets with Cheap Impostor, but pshacks would also work.

Here's a PDF version of the Beta 14 manual, and booklet version (print duplex, short-edge binding, staple and fold).
