10b technicians kow about derelict traps

This may be a feature instead of a bug, but assuming that for lore reasons complex technicians shouldn't know the locations of derelict traps, they probably shouldn't reveal friendly traps to Cogmind when they're allied, as fun as that is.

Hm, yeah the lore aspect of it should technically be that they're revealing traps in the complex because they can identify those, rather than being able to point out any and all traps even in the cave systems. The system didn't account for you bringing them all the way out there :P

I'll consider it a "feature to change," though I'll have to look closer at what specifically needs changing since there are a few different trap origins...
