[SPOILER] Questions about story progression

I got frustrated in testing out plots combination against rng. And I am confused of plot elements with those mere score-attacks.
Would experience players kindly point me the right combination regarding the following storyline? Please include clear directions if possible.
Spoiler

Zion:
After imprinting in Zion (which excluded Warlord's plot), what should I do next to continue their storyline? Am I supposed to something special in DeepMines? I've been in DeepMines, only finding entrance back to Factory. Am I missing something or not supposed to go in DeepMines? Where should the code \\ZION be used? Did using O8's code make or break story progression? How to use Self-destruct Interrupter?
DataMiner:
Does DataMiner has a storyline? Where should the GodMode code be used? In Warlord's base, Research or somewhere else? Is the code \\IAMDERELICT merely provide alternated exit?
Warlord:
After meeting Warlord without getting Zion imprinting, I met him once again on Research floor. What should I do next to continue his plot? I made a mistake in meeting Warlord after Zion imprinting, only to find out can't do anything to MAIN.C on Command. Will complying with Warlord make any difference? Or I am just lacking damage?
Zhirov:
Zhirov's terminal mentioned three things, Sigix pod, SGEMP and ArmoryLab. It seems the seed is preventing me to do all three in one go. Which route should I take to do all three? If I'm not supposed to, which one is needed to progress Zhirov story? If I bring SGEMP to Access, Zhirov would appear on Access but warp out on Command. What should I do next?
Sigix:
I've kind of finished Sigix's plot, unless I missed something. Take CoreReset, bring Pod from Quarantine, activate Exoskeleton on Section7, escape with different ending, yeah!
Others:
Is Hub_04(d) merely score attack? or necessary in fighting MAIN.C?
Does Query() affect map generation?
What to do with Signal Generator?
Where can I find the Zio. line of weapon?
Does blowing up cooling machine on some floor serve story wise purpose or just a floor only evacuation mechanics.

Can answer to at least one of this questions.
Spoiler
QuoteWhere can I find the Zio. line of weapon?
They are in the deep caves. To reach this location, you should find a way to use the terminal at the left side of Zion location (and than some more terminals), if you find the bot who tells about several strange codes (he spawns at Zion, but not every game). Or you can try to break the door  which this terminal sealing, but it is very durable, so you need powerful weapon for this. Anywhere be careful, this location is dangerous.

Also, I didn't understand, what the deep mines is. Did you meen deep caves?

Are you referring to the Mines branch found in Materials? If so, there's nothing special in terms of unlocking plot-related lore, although you might find some interesting stuff there.

As for \\ZION hack, the derelicts said to use it at a terminal. However, that would mean you'll have to go back to the Factory floor. Once you find a terminal, the effect will become apparent.

The self-destruct interrupter is something that will....you know, interrupts stuff from self-destructing. It's something you're supposed to figure out yourself. But here's a hint: What is the one thing that self-destructs? ;)

Since you've met Warlord, you've probably figured out that the God Mode hack is not to be used there. As Warlord mentioned, that was a fake one. Where else could God Mode be located? It should be pretty obvious if you've met Warlord at Research.

The \\IAMDERELICT code is an alternative exit at Storage, which would lead you to a new branch. Go there to find out.

There is a way to do all three of these in one run, but it's seed-dependent. If you want to be certain, find out which seed allows you to do all these 3 quests and then record them.

Hub has something special in there. Go reread your Oracle records in your lore collection.
Query() is just for obtaining lore, so it has no affect on anything.
Signal Generator is for......generating signal. I'm not sure if it has any good use, but one of the derelicts said it could be used to derail assault squad.
Blowing up certain machines do trigger certain stuff. Usually they are colored cyan. I don't think blowing up cooling machines have any effect.

Wha... CPs? Does this work? Is the idea enough to make me go looking for some? Hmm...

Though note you don't have to do all three in one run, which is probably the more important point there.

Of course they do, otherwise they wouldn't be cyan ;). But you probably meant in terms of what randyt was asking, with regard to story, which is true there is no effect. (Also I'm assuming randyt is referring to Cryocooling Ducts in particular.) Cyan machines are more about mechanics than plot. There are technically some machines which affect or are involved in the latter that are not colored.

Thank you all.
After a few runs, just figured I could handle the story progression with more systematic approach...
Spoiler

by looking at how many lore entries I missed. It turns out Data Miner and Zion Imprinter don't have much story involved. Warlord and Zhirov are the two who require commitment for story development. I guess those plots would be siding with each of them till boss fight and screwing them up at different stages.
I have a few new questions.
How many different endings are there? I guess the score sheet is named after win conditions. I got w0, w1+ and w3 so far. How can I achieve others?
I am missing a lot of lore dialogues under Revision 17's above Warlord's. How can I get those?
How to decrypt terminals in Hidden Lab?
What is the effect of destroying Wave Inhibitor on Command floor?

Thank you very much

Continuing thread, I also have been concerned about some plot questions.

Spoiler
1. What are the consequences of the destruction of cetus mainframe? I noticed only alert level increasing, and nothing more. I saw question about this in the some old thread about old version of Cogmind, when suitable content wasn't implemented. Was anything changed?
2. Once I brought an artifact that Zhirov needed to the -1 floor, and Zhirov came hostile, instead of helping, as he promised. He said something not clear about Cogmind's origin, but I didn't understand what it was all about (maybe my english isn't good enough to understand some subtle hints?). :(

@Laida: To partially answer #1, if you're looking at old threads you'll probably find a fair amount of outdated information. Cogmind has been content complete since Beta 1 last year, so there's nothing missing with regards to the plot.

As for other things I don't talk spoilers but other players might share their answers. There are learnable reasons and explanations for everything :) (though there's so much of it that it can take a while to accumulate it all!)

@Laida:I have yet to "Destroyed Hostile Zhirov", so this is just my guessing. Did you happen to carry a pod, bring along an exoskeleton or had a core reset?

For other players that may check here for clues, I need to make a correction for my last reply.
Spoiler

I was wrong, Data Miner did take part in something big, which solve my lab problem.

I am now trying to read Archives and spawn R17.

Yes, I had a core reset. So maybe this is the reason...  ::)
