[Beta 14] (Spoiler) Report comment appears even after fabrication fails

After installing Trojan(Report) on one or two other fabricators, i tried to fabricate a Exp. Signal Interpreter on yet another fabricator.
I accidentally destroyed that fabricator soon afterwards, through explosive machine chain explosions, but without actually seeing the fabricator get destroyed. (Which meant the fabrication timer continued.)
Once the fabrication timer ended, a map comment was placed on the fabricator tile regardless. (see attached screenshot)

I'm not actually sure if fabrication comments appear even without the Report trojan (i don't think they do?), but either way, it feels a bit misleading that the comment appeared even though my Report trojans did not report a successful fabrication.

I do wonder if there's something off with the circumstances of your particular situation as described here, because the automated commenting and trojan reporting are both part of the same code, as in they occur at the same time, hence they should always appear together. Did you maybe miss a log message? Did you return to the Fabricator later to confirm what happened?

I did not.
I've attached the relevant part of my log, with some comments for context.
Apparently i'd installed two Report trojans, the second one being on the relevant Fabricator.

I never confirmed it through direct sight (almost did, but then an extermination squad required my attention),
but i did confirm its destruction almost directly after it was destroyed (long before the fabrication timer ended), through terrain scanning (one of the Fabricator's tiles was confirmed destroyed).
The screenshot i took was from way later, and you can see that my terrain scanning shows Fabricator with two missing tiles.
(There might have been more missing tiles that just didn't happen to be scanned, likely including the interactive tile itself.)


By the way, this was while playing Serflord, so the seed was FlightTrackerGuard.
Though given that Serflord is a purely audio mod, i would hope the mod itself couldn't have affected anything.

Can't confirm this one yet and it's very minor, so will probably just leave this unless it proves to be more common or related to other more important effects, but at present it doesn't seem to be.
