[Beta 14] Missing characters in dialogue but not in log

Seen in the same scenario as the double dialogue bug i reported, so they might be related.

As visible in the first attached screenshot, the derelict's dialogue mentions "Scraptow", missing both an "n" and a "," which both correctly appear in the log (second screenshot).

Yeah this is an old bug which is purely due to the display animation, haven't been able to track this one down and it's pretty rare, so don't plan on doing anything about it.
