QoL - Derelict zone layout logs

Derelict zone layout logs don't count as machine intelligence even when they include an entire machine. It would be nice if it showed the direction of machines on the edge of the screen like it does when you find out where the machines are another way.

This might count as more of a feature request than a bug.

Yeah I've moved this into Ideas. Good one though, I can see how this'd be helpful for players who actually use the machine intel. I'll look into adding this later--Beta 8 is way overflowing at the moment and as it's not a bug this'll have lower priority

(This could actually a while to implement because it doesn't just affect derelict log behavior--there are a bunch of other non-explicitly machine discovery situations where machines might need to be added to intel as well.)
