Hi all. Finally, I reach the surface for the first time. 
Maybe, it was not very original, but there how it was:

I spent first half of the game as a warrior with many legs and many storage units. I was lucky enough to collect good sensor arrays/signal interpreters, terrain scanner/processor and hackware, which allow me to avoid battles and know where enemyes are and where to go or dig to explore level. So, at -4  level I rebuild myself with wings (plus legs/treads as some propultion armor), replaced most of the storage units with hackware and sensors and began to play as stealther.
At the -2:

I found the Quarantine branch and investigated it to find my favorite artifacts. But this time I also found something else:
 the sigix containment pod! I was very curious about how to use it or how to communicate with alien (he said something what I didn't understand and than fell silent), but couldn't do anything and put the item to the inventory, just in case. Also I found sigix terminator and rangarok launcher and went away.

At the -1:

I found some stairs with my terrain scanner and began to destroy barriers with rangarok launcher! But than I saw more of the layout and recognize template of Command maze-like environment. I didn't want to go there because I already was killed in this branch once  so I went away quickly and some time later found exit to the surface. I went to the terminal to open the door and was ready to use sigix terminator to destroy all obstacles with begemoth guards at once if I will not lucky enough to hack the exit. But all went smoothly and I didn't need it at all, as you can see at the picture!

I got the "destroyed 0b10" ending but didn't understand actually what it was about... why I went to the sigix ship and made exterminatus for 0b10 complex? I liked some derelict robots and they maybe died because this event  It is somewhat sad that player have no choice in this ending when they reach the surface. Also I wondering what became with an alien which I carried in the pod? Maybe some hint about how could I interract with him?

Congrats! Nice win! Getting your hand on those sensor and terrain scanner, plus flight prop and hacking suite, is a sure way to victory. Always satisfying to stealth your way to victory.

You'll eventually understand why you destroyed 0b10. You just need to explore a bit more, and maybe collect a few more lore to piece together the answer.

You may have missed it in the ending sequence, but there was a short section where you cede control of the ship over to the live Sigix you rescued. And as DDarkray says you'll learn more as you explore more areas

Section 7 and the area of the Command which lies behind several dispowered warlords (I was killed there by horrible mighty robots)

So there are new mysteries to discover
