Yeah it figures it'd be me to find a bug like this. I was using keyboard mode, in fullscreen. I was only a little way from the level stairs, so unsure of my map position but it wasn't right at the edge, and I don't remember alt-tabbing. It's possible I may not have fully esc'd out of x'amining the enemy robot before I turned on my grenade launcher? That's all I can think of.

I examined a robot right next to me called an informer or something like that (hadn't seen one before), then tried to turn my grenade launcher back on and the game did a disappearing act. Attaching the crash.log
