Strategies / Spoiler: Cprog strategies?

Any tips for dealing with Combat Programmers? Assume a "flying brick" approach, although I'm not always able to set that up robustly by the time I reach DM. I guess you can sort of outrun them if you have full flight built. Suggestions for other strategies?
