Everything REXPaint / BIN/XBin support

Here's a suggestion (request) for BIN (and SAUCE record) and XBin file support.

.. and then it's a short hop to support XBimages:

Also, along with the ability to set the image width arbitrarily (e.g. 10 columns), could make REXPaint and potential alternative to PabloDraw for creating/editing Synchronet Avatar collections (http://wiki.synchro.net/module:avatars).
