This week's seed: IonStealthRayThe Weekly Seed is open to anyone, and we encourage you to share your experiences, stories, and tactics over the course of your run.
The rules are as follows:
- The Weekly Seed begins from the date this thread is posted and lasts about seven days.
- Make sure you are running the correct version of Cogmind (see thread subject).
- Enter the seed and abort your current game to initiate the seed (more details are below).
- Verify you are not running the tutorial and that the screenshots below match your game.
- Play through the game once. This is a friendly event and we are all honest people.

I'm such a slowpoke but I just finished this run ::)
It was cool and fun to
Spoiler
kill the golems with adv. emp.blaster and get golem unit for the first time with this seed. ;D I was playing around for a while and made some combat build with all these funny golem items. I was glad to increase my gallery discovers with them. Also abs.cannons were really good aquirement and I loved to use them!
But unfortunatly I became too self-aware with golem items... At some point I loose abs.reactor, so I couldn't use abs.cannon effectively anymore and started to loose control over the situation. :( Also I couldn't effectively run to safe place and regenerate calmly because my movement was too slow. So I was forced to drop aslmost all my items. But this didn't save my from death at -4 by a bunch of enemies.
Too bad I didn't win...

It is very challenging to get if you don't know exactly how to do it! Valguris's stream helped me here by showing how to get it semi-reliably and I suspect may have inspired others too. But if you don't come prepared your build will be destroyed. There is basically an end-game level of difficulty in ZDC: you can't afford to mess up here. In exchange, of course, the mid-game becomes quite easy.
